Meet the instructors

LOLA MALLEIN

Lola teaches traditional yoga that she originally received from her mother. She then trained in Viniyoga with Claude Maréchal, teacher of the TKV Desikachar lineage, then in individual yoga with Dr. N. Chandrasekaran, former doctor at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai.

Saturday April 13

  • 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.: Yoga and pranayama practice: Shiva, the power of the masculine

  • 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Breakfast

  • 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Group meditation: the energy of the channel to the right of the central axis

  • 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Walking, free rest or individual interviews

  • 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Group meditation on the stimulation of SURYA NADI

  • 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Meals

  • 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Rituals to cleanse and let go of the past

 

Day 3

Sunday April 14

  • 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.: Yoga and pranayama practice: Shakti energy

  • 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Breakfast in silence

  • 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Stimulation of Svadhistana Chakra to increase lunar energy

  • 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Walking, free rest or individual interviews

  • 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Using vibration to nourish the deep being

  • 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Silence break

  • 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Bhakti, chanting and mantra

  • 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Group meditation: Discovering the “passage” through the breath
