With a solid background in yoga training and education, Ajay has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past five years. In June 2018, Ajay completed a Yoga Teacher Training program, earning a certification for 200 hours of comprehensive training. This foundational training provided him with a deep understanding of yoga principles, asanas, pranayama, meditation techniques, and the underlying philosophy of yoga.
