Friday - Landing

  • 7:30: Yoga practice in the clouds and meditation

  • 10:00 - 13:00: Free time: Newspaper, reading, relaxing by the pool or discovering Ubud

  • 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Visits to emblematic places
  • 18:00: Grounding Spanda

Saturday - Liberation

  • 7:30: Yoga practice for hormones

  • 7:30: Yoga practice for sexual gonads.

  • 18:00: Spanda and devis dance
