4 Day Self-Paced D'vine Kriya Online Yoga Workshop

Please install Zoom to attend the live session. From the comfort of your own home, you will experience two 90-minute pre-recorded sessions every day for three consecutive days and one live session of 60 to 90 minutes on the last day of the workshop. As for the pre-recorded sessions, you are free to watch them in accordance with your own pace. However, the last day live session is mandatory to attend as it is not pre-recorded. Sanjeev Dutta

Sanjeev comes from a lineage of teachers, yogis, and maharishis; a descendant of Bhardwaj maharishi. He is an engineer who took to yoga and fell in love with the practice. After learning yoga from many world-famous teachers, he has been sharing this knowledge of yoga with his students for the last 16 years. Having learned different forms of yoga from great masters, he has developed his own style of yoga which includes the best of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Hatha yoga styles. His focus in teaching is to encourage and empower students to discover self through the practices of yoga.

Swami Sachidanand

Swami Sachidanand is a student of yoga since childhood. He is a 500-hour E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. A post-graduate in yoga philosophy, he also holds a 950-hour therapeutic AY teacher training course under accreditation from International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

You can access the three-day pre-recorded sessions at the convenience of your time. For the last day, a live session of 90 to 120 minutes held in the morning time.
