We have redefined a curriculum as per the international standards of Yoga Alliance USA coupled with our own expertise in the field of yoga. The prime objective is to prepare the future teachers physically and spiritually ready to practice and teach by themselves. We will lay down the foundations to become a successful and well-rounded yoga teacher.
The main areas that we cover in our program will be will be classified in 5 modules: Yoga teaching techniques, teaching Methodology and Yogic Lifestyle, Philosophy, Anatomy and physiology, and Practice.

Vishvajeet Singh
Yoga was always an integral part of Vishvajeet Ji's life as he was born and raised in a spiritual environment. His grandfather was a renowned yogi and a great Sadhaka of Goddess Gayatri, and that is where his interest developed and flourished. His grandfather taught him the basics of spirituality which begins when you learn to question yourself for spiritual awakening and growth. His elder brother Jaggi also played an integral part in his yogic journey as he showed him the path of Raja Yoga. By combining ancient techniques with modern meditation, Vishvajeet Ji has successfully taught over 2500 students in the YTT course in 4 years. Muppidathi Mani
Muppidathi is a classical Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga teacher and practitioner. She firmly believes in the magic of the universe and the self-healing powers of the body. During her college days, she formed her initial tryst with yoga in 2013, daringly mixing it with the contradictory sport of kickboxing. After graduating, she backpacked through India from the Northern ashrams in the foothills of the Himalayas to the yoga institutes of South in Coimbatore, thus gaining inner knowledge of the self, body, mind, and spirit. She has now been teaching yoga for 7 years.
She teaches with a passion to make her students attain the same inner peace, health and vitality that she has. She strongly believes that through the daily practice of yoga and meditation, one can change their life for the better. Her current goal in life is to touch and change people’s lives through the practice of yoga.

Born in a small village near Rishikesh, our yoga guru Jagjit Singh got influenced by his grandfather to take up the yogic way from early childhood. As he grew up he studied the yogic texts and values from the very childhood and went on to complete his masters in philosophy in 2011-12. He pursued his quest for knowledge further by completing his bachelors and furthered it with masters in human consciousness and yogic sciences in the year 2013-14. He also holds the E-RYT 500 status affiliated with yoga alliance international. He has been sharing his extensive knowledge of yogic philosophy, anatomy and pranayama and meditation techniques since 2008. He is also well versed with the therapeutic knowledge of yoga and ayurveda.

As lead teacher on all Himalaya Yoga Valley educational programs, Lalit divides his time between the Goa centre his European centre in Ireland working on 200 & 500 hour trainings.
Lalit began studying at traditional Indian yoga schools known as Gurukulams at the age of 7 and he is honored to have studied yoga under some of the most well-known and respected yoga Masters in India. Lalit was initiated by Swami Veda Bharti of the Himalayan tradition in 2003. He has spent nearly a decade studying numerous traditional styles and disciplines at various Ashrams in North and South India. He studied Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore at Ashtanga Yoga Nilaya and Shri Parakala Mutt. Lalit has also studied at the Sivananda Centre in Trivandrum and spent his formative spiritual years at Swami Ram Sadak Gurukulam in Rishikesh. Lalit has studied under Sri BKS Iyengar and Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Sri Sharath Jois and Sri BNS Iyengar in Mysore and. Lalit continues to train in the Mysore with Sharath Jois as a humble and devoted student.
