Yogi Anil Bijalwan Ji
Anil was born and raised in Riskikesh, India, into a Brahman family of yoga practitioners. Immersed, from childhood, he learnt yoga from a young age. He enjoys working with and helping people and sharing his knowledge to change lives through yoga.
At the age of 15, he joined Seva Dhram Ashram in Himalayas, where he stayed for two years learning; meditation, kundalini yoga and yoga nidra. He spent a year learning at the Yoga Study centre Rishikesh, then he completed his 200 hr Teacher Training with Arsha Yoga Dham. He continued his training at UIPS in Rishikesh (University Institute of Professional studies) where he received his certification in yoga and has since completed his 300 hour Teacher Training. He has taught in Mumbai, Haridwar and Rishikesh and gives his time to teach for free in government schools across Rishikesh.
Yogi Anil specialize in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, traditional Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and posture adjustment/alignment. He has much experience and knowledge in yoga as therapy, yogic diet, Yoga nidra, meditation, power yoga.

Since when he was a little boy, he started doing meditation. He was the nature lover & found that doing meditation in a natural state is a beautiful thing to experience. His way of doing anything always included awareness & peace. When he was a child, at that stage only he found that by doing meditation one can find inner self & calmness. He believed that we are not just human beings, we are more than that. According to him, human beings are spiritual & creative things created by almighty & we have immense power within ourself which can be found by doing meditation. He was always curious about knowing spiritual themes about the development of human beings.
As he was born & brought up in the Himalayas, so he was attached to many Yogis over there.So, being inspired by them he always wanted to know about every ancient technique of Yoga & how it discovers peace & harmony within the body & the mind.
Though he is an expert in Yoga but still he daily increases his knowledge about Yoga by learning from various books & seminars. He also believes in learning by daily practice.
