Hatha is the mother of all asana practices and with that the most important and fundamental philosophy. Hatha is a general category that may include most yoga styles known in the West. It is an ancient system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) which help to bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation & Vinyasa means movement with breath.its a modern yoga style more in motion dynamically with incorporating basic vinyasa principals of sequencing and movements.
