SCHEDULE

Start your mornings with invigorating yoga sessions by our school founder Claudia Escobar in our spacious yoga shalas at 8:30am, followed by a nourishing breakfast buffet.

In the afternoon, unwind with a gentle yoga class at 5:30 pm, setting a serene tone for the evening as you indulge in authentic Indian cuisine from 7pm and wrap up the day with activities like meditation, chanting, music night, or bonfire meditation at 8:15 pm.

Claudia Escobar

Claudia Escobar, originally from Mexico but living in Ireland for over 10 years. Claudia’s journey in Yoga and Meditation began when she was about 10 years old after her mum brought her to a meditation class in her hometown Saltillo, Mexico.
