A 4-day course to explore and deepen Yoga Chikitsa, the 1st series of Ashtanga yoga. The 1st series will be practiced in full every morning, then dissected and approached from different perspectives to better understand its structure and make it your own. The morning sessions will be devoted to the practice of the 1st series in flow, followed by workshops around the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga (breath, drishti, vinyasa) and understanding the logic of constructing this series. The afternoon sessions will allow you to work in sequences of asanas and to go more carefully into the study of postures and possible adaptations
Savitri follows a teaching of Bhakti yoga (yoga of devotion).
