This treatment allows you to take a complete break from the rush of everyday life. It eliminates toxins from the digestive system (ama), strengthens metabolism (agni), regenerates body tissues (dhatus), rebalances metabolic energies (doshas – Vata, Pitta, Kapha) . This newfound well-being can last over time , by continuing the Dinacharya (Ayurvedic routine and rituals) learned during the treatment in your daily life.
In India, as part of an Ayurvedic Panchakarma cure (which means 5 purification actions), the first week of treatment is called Purvakarma, the first level of detoxification . In France , the legislation does not allow the most intense levels of Panchakarma to be implemented . In Purvakarma treatment, we can, if necessary, practice 3 of the 5 actions that constitute Panchakarma.
We welcome a maximum of 10 people on retreat over the same period. We thus wish to preserve the family atmosphere and the warm relationship between everyone.
Since my encounter with Yoga and then Ayurveda in 2004, I have devoted myself to the study and sharing of this art of living in harmony with Nature. My wish is to support everyone towards the full realization of their health potential, thanks to the age-old wisdom of the Vedas, adapted to the needs of our current lifestyle.
