Maya Osmane

Maya has been dancing since she was very young. With multidisciplinary training, she has participated in numerous shows, competitions and dance workshops throughout France and abroad. At the age of 18, she decided to go to Aix en Provence to follow training for the State Diploma as a Jazz Dance Teacher. Once she obtained her DE she went to Paris to seek to flourish in dance. Maya also followed several Pilates and Yoga classes in parallel, notably thanks to Lululemon and the classes they offer in their stores. These classes introduced him to another approach to muscle strengthening and above all allowed him to realize the importance of focusing on himself. In 2017, she decided to take Pilates Mat training. I in order to transmit his sensations and the benefits of the technique. Maya felt the need to deepen her knowledge, to be able to enrich her classes and respond to different audiences and chose to follow other Pilates training courses, such as Pilates-Yoga, Senior Pilates, Pregnant Pilates.
