You will stay in the gîte adjoining the main house, renovated with charm and tradition, where there are double rooms to share, comfortable and cozy, in light and natural colors, with soft and relaxing decoration.
Linen bed linen and soft organic cotton terry towels will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
A bathroom and toilet to share for 3 to 4 people.
A relaxation lounge at your disposal.

11 a.m .: Energy lunch
12 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Guided hike
3 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Snack and free time
5 p.m. to 6 p.m .: Yoga session
7 p.m. : Dinner
8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m .: Meditation and silence
