Besides yoga asana and pranayama we will work with the 5 elements to heal and detoxify physically, mentally and emotionally. You will get understanding and experience of how we can cure our body and mind without the use of any herbs or medicine. Our focus is especially on emotional detoxification kriyas: how you can release the side effects of your negative emotions. The detoxification with 5 elements include mud and water treatments, breathing techniques as well as teachings how you can increase the fire element and ether element (fasting). The purpose of this retreat is to help the body and mind heal so that you can gain more inner stability and strength to deal with situations in life.

Gaurav began practicing yoga in 2015. Discovering his natural aptitude, he quickly progressed to become a yoga asana teacher. He has training in Traditional Hatha yoga and pranayama. He has an M.A. in yogic science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. He also holds a 200-hour registered yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance. Although his asana skills have earned him medals and recognition, Gaurav's teaching includes mindfulness, and the intention to form a complete practice. He incorporates mantra, meditation, and relaxation into his classes to create balance.
