How yoga leads an individual to a healthy body and lifestyle, and also how yogic philosophy can help in maintaining a peaceful mind and a serene spirit. the curriculum also integrates yoga asana, pranayama, and relaxation practices on a daily basis to bring balance into the practice and to make way for the body and mind to be ready for meditation sessions. For asana practices, the school focuses on Hatha yoga and Ashtanga, Yin, and yoga styles of asana.

Yogi Anil Bijalwan Ji

Anil was born and raised in Riskikesh, India, into a Brahman family of yoga practitioners. Immersed, from childhood, he learnt yoga from a young age. He enjoys working with and helping people and sharing his knowledge to change lives through yoga. At the age of 15, he joined Seva Dhram Ashram in Himalayas, where he stayed for two years learning; meditation, kundalini yoga and yoga nidra. He spent a year learning at the Yoga Study centre Rishikesh, then he completed his 200 hr Teacher Training with Arsha Yoga Dham. He continued his training at UIPS in Rishikesh (University Institute of Professional studies) where he received his certification in yoga and has since completed his 300 hour Teacher Training. He has taught in Mumbai, Haridwar and Rishikesh and gives his time to teach for free in government schools across Rishikesh. Yogi Anil specialize in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, traditional Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and posture adjustment/alignment. He has much experience and knowledge in yoga as therapy, yogic diet, Yoga nidra, meditation, power yoga.

Yogini Ramona Vasundhara Devi was born and raised in Italy. Since childhood she was passionated about India and fascinated by yoga. After completed her study in Political Science she had the opportunity to travel around the word. Thank to the passion for travel and her vegan lifestyle she published her cooking book with more than hundred vegan recipes from all over the world. She started studying Oriental dance since 2006. Beside this passion for dance she started to practice yoga to improve her flexibility and she fell in love with yoga. To learn all about yoga she decided to go to India for a 200h YTT in Rishikesh where she had the chance to study the real yoga and became a recognized Yoga Alliance teacher. She is specialized in traditional Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and posture adjustment/alignment. She also has knowledge in yoga as therapy, prenatal yoga, yoga for children, yoga nidra, meditation and pranayama.
