Ms. Durgesh is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. Yoga has been a part of her life for over more than 4 years. She inspires everyone to live each moment more mindfully. She is at the age of 16 started practicing yoga, especially meditation. While Seeking the answer about her life, in 2014 came contact with Vipassana since then started practicing deeply and found peace within herself and got a complete transformation in her approach to life. Ms. Durgesh our lead teacher, is teaching Yogic philosophy, shatkarma, pranayama, Ayurveda, and Yoga therapy, also has a deeper knowledge of traditional meditation. She accomplished 500 hours TTC Course, certified from the Yoga alliance U.S.A., and Qualified for the Level two Yoga Teacher Exam of Quality Council Of India (QCI).
