The 50-hour yoga teacher training in Italy is the first step towards making your dream a reality. At YogaMea School all of our staff have many years of experience in the practice and teaching of Yoga and have created an excellent curriculum to include a variety of asanas to suit all levels. A correct asana technique and how to adjust them is an important part of our program to ensure that every student has the right instruments to become a skilled yoga instructor.
Practicing yoga on the sandy beaches of Misano Adriatico in Italy, will relieve you from the stress of your usual tedious routine and bring you happiness and lightheartedness.
To make sure you begin your training in the best possible way, we recommend that you already have at least a few hours of yoga practice before you enroll in our course. At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate stating that you have successfully completed the RYT 50-hour course.
After a debilitating accident over 20 years ago, Timea discovered yoga as a way to heal. She successfully healed from her injuries and began a lifetime dedication to yoga, traveling to India to immerse herself in the studies which formed the foundation of her vast teaching experience.
