The founder of Kundalini yoga is none other than Lord Shiva himself and he is called respectfully the ‘Aadi Yogi’ (the first yogi). From the lord Shiva this tradition was handed down to the Matsyendra Nath and then to Guru Gorakhnath. Later on, this tradition flourished with ‘Natha Sampraday’ a sect of people devoted to the practices of yoga and Tantra both.

Yogi Chetan Mahesh Ji

Yogi Chetan Mahesh Ji was born in a Vedic family where all the members used to chant Vedic mantras and practice yoga daily. In 1984, he became the champion of yoga sports in Haryana Province. In college, he studied the bio-science stream with yoga as an optional subject and also the master of education which gives him an upper hand while teaching and explaining yoga anatomy and physiology. He finished a Master of Science degree in yoga in 2003 and engaged in imparting yoga teacher training. He became the founder secretary of the Association for Yoga and Meditation in 2005.

Yogacharya Mahesh Bhatt

Yogacharya Mahesh Bhatt has done a P.G. Diploma and Master in Yogic Sciences. He was awarded a Gold medal due to his excellent academic performance. He is currently teaching Yoga Therapy along with Ayurveda and Philosophy.
