7-8 am: Mantra and pranayama or Shatkarma (Cleansing Technique)
8-9.30 am: Yoga asana practice (ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha) and Sound healing
9.30-10.30 am: Breakfast
10.30-12 am: Anatomy or Philosophy or Ayurveda
12-1.30 pm: Adjustment and Alignment
1.30-2.30 pm: Lunch
2.30-4.00 pm: Self care, Self love practices and Surprise class
4-5.30 pm: Teaching practice
5.30-7 pm: Beach practice, games and fun activities
7-8 pm: Dinner
8-10 pm: Goa experience (Kirtan, Ecstatic Dance, Sauna)
10 pm: Lights out
Saturday – Workshops (Acroyoga, Abhyanga, Sound Healing)
On Sundays, enjoy a complete day of rest, and kindly note that meals will not be provided.
