His aim has always been to educate the people about yoga sciences. He has become an accomplished yogi after acquiring an intense yoga Sadhana. He has completed his Masters in Indian & Western Philosophy. He encourages the yoga students to explore and deepen their practice at their own pace. Since he is the founder of the leading yoga institutes in India & around the world, he ensures that his classes remain safe, energetic, and dynamic and taught with humor and integrity. Himanshu Ji teaches Meditation, yoga philosophy ‘Teachings of Maharishi Patanjali’s yoga sutras & teachings of Bhagavad Gita.’ Besides yoga teaching, he loves to play harmonium & Dholak. Meditation/Pranayama/Philosophy Teacher Ms. Durgesh is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. Yoga has been a part of her life for over more than 4 years. She inspires everyone to live each moment more mindfully. She is at the age of 16 started practicing yoga, especially meditation. While Seeking the answer about her life, in 2014 came contact with Vipassana since then started practicing deeply and found peace within herself and got a complete transformation in her approach to life. Ms. Durgesh our lead teacher, is teaching Yogic philosophy, shatkarma, pranayama, Ayurveda, and Yoga therapy, also has a deeper knowledge of traditional meditation. She accomplished 500 hours TTC Course, certified from the Yoga alliance U.S.A., and Qualified for the Level two Yoga Teacher Exam of Quality Council Of India (QCI). She also completed One-year Diploma Course In Yoga Science.
