Dhyan Mandir is a beautiful ashram with two yoga halls with big garden spaces with flowers and many trees. There is free Wi-Fi access, a hot shower, and a filtered drinking water system. There are private rooms and shared rooms, some of them have AC. The rooms are big, clean and have Western toilets and a wardrobe. Bedsheets, blankets, and pillows are provided for you. A washing machine is available to use for free any time you want to do laundry.

Prakash
Prakash is born and brought up in a spiritual family in Uttar Pradesh, India. He has been introduced to a spiritual path and yoga at a very young age. He started practicing meditation, asanas, pranayama, and prayers in his childhood. On the path, he learned yoga from different institutes and traditions, like Astanga yoga from SVYASA Bangalore and extended courses from Satyananda’s (Bihar School Of Yoga), Munger. He has acquired academic qualifications earlier: a master of yoga and a master in English literature. Prakash is now guiding meditation, yoga, Tantra, mindfulness, and Kundalini.

She also holds an E-RYT 500-hour and YACEP registered yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance USA. Although her pranayama skills have earned her recognition, Monika's teaching includes mindfulness and the intention to form a complete practice.
