Four days to take care of yourself in an exceptional and rejuvenating setting surrounded by nature... in a place conducive to calm, relaxation and letting go in this green setting where time takes on a whole new dimension around the practice of gentle, energizing and dynamic yoga associated with mindfulness meditation.
Practice yoga in a gentle and soothing way, learn to detoxify your body through the teaching of appropriate postures, discover the techniques and hygiene rules of yoga and nourish yourself to the rhythm of intermittent fasting with tasty, gourmet, generous cuisine, balanced and alive.
With Béatrice during this retreat, you will practice a gentle and energizing Yoga every morning, a rebalancing Yoga at the end of each afternoon, sometimes inside in the yoga room provided for this purpose, sometimes outside in the countryside for a connection to natural elements and depending on the weather.
During each yoga session, breathing and meditation will be at the center of the practice to allow your body to go further in each posture and your mind to connect with your sensations and emotions.
Always associated with meditative and mindful time to infuse your yoga practice.
This retreat will also be an opportunity to abandon yourself to reading, to the calm, to the space and to the silence of the place quite simply.
