Outside of India, he provides spiritual retreats and Yoga Camps and offers spiritual and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations at India’s Arogyadham Center.   • Day 2 - Anatomically connection of Prana (Pranic energy) with body systems and physiological classifications of Prana
  • Day 3 - Human behavioral links with Prana, the introduction of Pranayama (Breathing techniques), and classification
  • Day 4 - Practice of the techniques with their benefits and contraindications and teaching methods
  • Day 5 - Practice of the techniques with their time classification for different age groups and physical conditions
