Waking up and watch the sun rise from behind the mountains while you enjoy an energizing yoga class in our beautiful yoga shala. Every class includes a guided meditation. After class, we gather on the terrace overlooking the Knuckles Mountain Range to drink Kola Kanda, our homemade herbal beverage. A feast of fruit, pancakes, bread and local dishes are served for breakfast. After breakfast we get ready to depart for the daily activity or you can relax in the gardens and at the pool, overlooking the valley and lake. Lunch is included in all activities or served at the lodge. In the early evening we gather for a yin or restorative yoga class, under the sky that is being colored by the sun setting over the mountain range. For dinner we gather on the mountain-view deck, with an abundance of vegetables and curries served in terracotta clay pots. Remember to save some space for dessert!
