Yoga practitioner Ankit Ji is an expert in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and Yogic Sciences. He has excelled in the practices of Yoga and its various asana styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar and Acro Yoga. He is committed to learning and expanding his horizon of authentic yogic practices. From the age of 15, he has been participating in various events of yoga. In addition, he is also a certified teacher from the reputed Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. With more than six years of teaching experience, he conducts many yoga classes ranging from beginner to advanced level courses.
