Kaulina Rudra, once a practicing lawyer, found his true calling in yoga. Leaving behind his legal career, he trained extensively under Sadhguru at the Sadhguru Gurukulam. Now, Kaulina resides in Goa, where he co-runs a thriving yoga center, sharing his deep knowledge and passion for yoga and meditation.

Astha Gupta

Astha Gupta transitioned from a successful career as a product manager to becoming a full-time yoga teacher. Deeply moved by the transformative practices taught by Sadhguru, she dedicated herself to sharing this wisdom. Astha now lives in Goa, where she co-manages a vibrant yoga center, helping others find peace and well-being through yoga.
