Peaceful Mind - The Ancient Yoga School’s well-liked 200-hour online yoga teacher training course is held after people around the world like it for its variety, diversity, and depth. The training incorporates Kundalini, Tantra, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga to give students an extensive, embracing learning experience that covers all key aspects of yoga so they're ready to become qualified yoga teachers. Peaceful Mind - The Ancient Yoga is a prominent yoga school and they are offering 25 days online teachers for their students with the guidance of experienced, qualified, dedicated, and professional yoga teachers.
You will need a yoga mat, a computer, and a good internet connection. The live sessions will be held over the Zoom application. There will be live sessions and coaching daily. Students will get two yoga classes, one alignment class, one philosophy class, one meditation class, and one pranayama class each day. All classes are live and the duration of the classes are six hours. Students should also do self-practice and self-study through videos, and books.
