They encourage you to discover all aspects of yoga, far beyond physical postures, to live the philosophy of integral yoga.
The Eight Pillars of yoga described in the sutras are discussed at different times of the day. They cover the prerequisites of the Yoga Alliance- USA, 100-hour YTT program during the seven hours spent per day on different aspects.
