Our practice starts with a Breathing Technique known as Nadi Shodhana or Alternate Nostril Breathing. We are then guided through visualization to bring balance to our minds and bodies followed by a period of silent mantra meditation using the mantra "Shiva-Shakti," embracing and balancing the Divine Feminine and Masculine Energies that reside within us all.
