These qualities can sustain us in the midst of this hectic, unpredictable and uncertain life. They help us to encounter life and our shared humanity in their entirety with tenderness and lightness. Both in their wonders and in their “flaws”. The days will combine different practices (yoga, relaxation, sitting meditation and walking) which nourish each other and which all invite the same quality of intimacy, listening, and embodied presence.
