For a short break that will feel much longer, join us for this mid-week recharge retreat. Beginners will find this retreat the perfect introduction to a regular yoga and meditation practice. For those already familiar with yoga, the workshops provide insights to help deepen your practice. Instruction on yoga theory and philosophy, as well as a nutrition workshop are included along with daily yoga and meditation classes. A balance of free time and guided hiking will make up the remainder of your time to explore the beautiful surrounding area at Whangarei Heads. Don’t forget to bring your togs to enjoy the surrounding beaches or take a dip in crystal clear water. Meals are delicious, freshly prepared vegetarian cuisine, with options for other dietary requirements.
