Appreciate the many benefits of these calming experience such as more focus, better sleep, more inner awareness, deeper state of calm and profound sense of joy. During your retreat, you will be accommodated at the Yoga Niketan Ashram. You will stay in an ashram-style single, clean, and safe room with a private bathroom and a fan-double room available upon request. During the hot season, air-conditioned rooms are offered. You will also find a desk, chair, an armoire, a little porch, or a balcony to relax or read your favorite book. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided. All rooms are simple, yet quaint and immersed in lush greenery. The yoga studio, fully equipped with mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters, is within walking distance of each accommodation.
