Our yoga sessions include daily pranayama practices and asana sessions, both in the morning and evening. To supplement your yogic journey, we believe the body must be clear of all impurities and therefore, at our Himalayan Yoga Retreat, we also educate and administer cleansing processes such as neti, kunjal, and tratak. Along with yoga, shatkarma, and meditation, we also offer trekking, rafting, and camping adventures.Our yoga retreat is for anyone who likes yoga, meditation, trekking, adventure sports, etc, or all of these.
